1- talk to yourself like you would talk to your best friend
If you are feeling in a bad mood, you may want to ask yourself what you think. Probably nothing positive! Pay attention to this inner dialogue. Do you talk to your best friend the way you talk to yourself? If your answer is ‘no’ then you should change it. What is said within you determines what is happening outside. If the dialogue is positive and you don’t run into a setback, keep talking to yourself. You should automatically say things like: “I can do this. I’ve had difficulties before. I know this is a temporary situation, I can fix everything.” Positive dialogue is comforting and empowering.
