Spicy Crispy Chicken Recipe | Life



Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 small onion
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Ball
  • Cornflakes

Fabrication

Chicken breast is washed, dried and cut into half-inch-high fillets. Mix lemon juice, olive oil, chopped onion-garlic and all the spices.

Chicken meat is kept in this mixture for at least 4 hours, preferably all night, in the refrigerator with its mouth closed. Put the marinated chicken on a greased tray and bake in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. The tray is removed from the oven, left to warm up, while the oven temperature is increased to 220°C. Half-cooked and warmed chickens are brushed with honey on the underside, covered with cornflakes and then baked again. After they are browned like pomegranate, they are ready to serve hot.
