  • half stick vanilla

Chocolate sauce:

  • 275 ml cream
  • 70 g butter

Making profiteroles:

Put the water, butter and salt on the stove. When it starts to boil, add the flour and mix it by crushing it with the help of a spatula. After cooking for 1 minute, remove from the stove and let it cool. Once cooled, add the eggs one at a time and continue beating. When it reaches the consistency of dark mayonnaise, put it on a baking tray with the help of a piping bag and bake at 190 degrees for 12 15 minutes. For pastry cream, first cut the vanilla stick in half and heat it with milk. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar. Then add the flour. Slowly pour the hot milk into the egg mixture and continue mixing. Put it on the stove again, cook it until it thickens, and set it aside to cool. Add the butter to make it shine, mix and let stand.

After your dough comes out of the oven and cools, cut them with a knife and squeeze the pastry cream that you filled into the squeezing bag between your doughs. Pour the sauce material you have combined for the chocolate sauce on the dough. You can use filet almonds or crushed pistachios for serving. I preferred filet almonds, I got a very delicious result.
