Oatmeal and walnut cinnamon cookie | Life

I prepared the cookies with walnut and cinnamon, which has been one of the flavors in my recipe book for many years, to evaluate the oat flour I have and to wonder how it would be with oat flour. We liked the taste it left on the palate at the first bite and a new flavor emerged from the old recipe.

I would say try the cookies that spread in the mouth as a tea or coffee accompaniment while eating with the taste of ground beef.

Preparation time:

Cooking time:

15-17 minutes

  • 1 cup of walnuts
  • 2 cups of oatmeal
  • 2 cups of white flour
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 250 g butter at room temperature
  • Half a glass of powdered sugar

  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon

1) Pass the walnut inside through the rondo.

2) Sift the oatmeal, white flour and cinnamon together and set aside.

3) Put the butter and powdered sugar in the mixing bowl and mix with a hand whisk until it becomes creamy.

4) Start kneading by gradually adding the flour (it will be a soft dough that does not stick to the hand). Prepare walnut-sized circles by adding the walnuts and kneading (I shaped the half of the dough with a quiche mold, you can prepare it with the molds you want or by rolling it).

5) Place the baking paper on the lined tray at intervals. Bake in the oven set at 175 degrees for 5 minutes, until they turn slightly pink for about 15-17 minutes.

6) Mix the powdered sugar and cinnamon in a small plate, while the cookies are hot, pour into this mixture and serve after warming.

Enjoy it with love …
