We love long hair but sometimes we really can’t wait! What we need to do for our hair to grow healthily and quickly is actually very simple:
The first rule of thumb for hair growth is to drink 1.5-2 liters of water every day. If you drink enough water, your skin, scalp and hair strands will gain the moisture they need and have a healthy and shiny appearance.
Massage on your scalp accelerates the blood circulation of your scalp. The acceleration of blood circulation means that the cells can fulfill their duties. Regularly massage your scalp in a slow, circular motion every two days.
If you don’t have time, just massage. But our recommendation is to use one of the following oils that facilitate hair growth twice a week: Lavender oil, jojoba oil, rosemary oil, coconut oil, virgin olive oil, flaxseed oil, almond oil. If you want, you can also mix them all in equal proportions, for example 1 teaspoon of each. These oils moisturize and nourish your hair follicles and contribute to new hair formation.
Add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to a glass of water every day and drink it. Drink a glass of fresh or dried nettle tea every day. Remember: The important thing is not to drink more than once, but to drink regularly!
Brew a tablespoon of lavender in 2 glasses of hot water. Add to the lukewarm water waiting in a clean bowl. Rinse your hair with this water before getting out of the bath. Lavender both strengthens your hair and relaxes you with its scent.
The formula for growing hair is to get a haircut! Regularly cut hair is renewed and finds strength to grow. Having two fingers cut at the ends does not mean shortening.
