  • 1 medium apple

For the bechamel sauce

  • 1 spoonful of margarine
  • 1 tablespoon of flour

Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the flour and fry on low heat, stirring. Then remove from fire. 5 minutes Let it rest and whisk, add the boiling milk. Boil it once by stirring it over medium heat, and then on low heat, stirring occasionally, for 10 minutes. cook it.

Not: Fresh pineapple can also be used instead of apples.
