Ingredients (for 6 people):
- 1 liter milk

In a deep pan, fry the flour with butter until it smells. Mix wheat starch into 1 liter of milk in a separate bowl. Mix the mixture you have prepared by adding it to the flour you have roasted. Add the powdered sugar and boil the milk on low heat. Continue cooking on low heat, stirring constantly, until the pudding has a thick consistency. Pour some milk to wet the bottom of the cake plate. Arrange the petibor biscuits in order on the cake plate. Cover the biscuits with the warm custard. Repeat the process until the custard is gone. Decorate your cake with sliced strawberries.
