- 3 whole artichokes, unpeeled
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
* Wash the artichokes and cut them up to one cm from the top and place them in the pot, add half a lemon juice and the peel of the lemon you squeezed, three tablespoons of olive oil, water and salt and close the pressure cooker lid. Cook on open fire until the pressure button comes out, then on low heat for 10 minutes and turn off the stove. When the pressure knob is fully down, pass the artichokes into portioned plates. Gently separate it from the outer leaves to form a flower shape. Pour the remaining olive oil on them, decorate with lemon slices and dill and serve.
A short note:
* If you are going to cook in a normal pot, increase the amount of water one more glass. When it starts to boil, cook it on medium heat for about 40 minutes.
