Breastfeeding mothers, pregnant women and those who only crave healthy dessert … I have come up with a very practical and delicious recipe suggestion that you can make with 2 ingredients. Date, which is a natural sugar source known for relaxing the digestive system and strengthening the immune system, stands out as the star of this recipe.

Materials for sleeping dates:

  • 1-2 handfuls of crushed walnuts

Persimmon recipe:

Boil -2 cups of milk.

-When the boiled milk reaches the temperature that will wait 7 seconds when you insert your little finger, add 10 dates, previously separated from the shells and seeds, into the milk and pull it into the blender.

Pour into bowls and cover the bowls with a cheesecloth / kitchen cloth.

Leave it to rise for 3-4 hours at room temperature.

Without serving, decorate with walnuts or any other dried fruit you like. Bon Appetit.
