  • 2 1/2 cups oatmeal

  • 5 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla

  • Half a glass of unsweetened almond milk (can also be regular milk)

  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter

  • 3 tablespoons of dark chocolate drops

  • In a large bowl, mix the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cocoa and salt.

  • Add the vanilla, egg and milk to this mixture. Add the crushed bananas and peanut butter and mix all the ingredients well.

  • Finally, add the dark chocolate chips and mix gently.

  • Share the mixture you have prepared evenly into the molds you have oiled before. If you don’t have molds, you can also shape your bars with a spoon and cook them on a flat tray.

  • Bake in 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve after your bars have cooled.
