Ingredients (for 6-8 people)

  • 1 glass of jasmine rice

  • 1 cup cauliflower flower

  • 1 cup broccoli flower

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of sesame oil

  • 1 soup bowl of chopped boiled chicken


Rice is boiled in plenty of salty water, strained and allowed to cool. Meanwhile, sesame oil is heated in the pan and the chopped vegetables are lightly cooked so that they remain fresh, salt and pepper are added and left to cool. Rice, chopped chicken meat and vegetables are mixed in a large bowl, egg is added and mixed like a mortar. The openable springform cake mold with a diameter of 16 cm is oiled and covered with sesame. Put the rice mortar into the mold, smooth it by pressing lightly and sprinkle plenty of sesame on it. It is cooked in a preheated oven at 200-210 ° C for at least 40 minutes until the top is browned. It is left to cool, then turned into a serving platter and sliced ​​and served.
