Arugula salad with walnuts and tulum cheese



Ingredients (for 6 people):

  • 3 bunches of arugula
  • 2 slices of tulum cheese
  • A handful of walnuts
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 tomatoes

For sauce

  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Pomegranate Syrup
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt

Fabrication:

Chop the walnuts randomly and roast them in extra virgin olive oil in a pan. Cut the arugula into pieces with your hands and put it on the serving plate. Cut the tomatoes for half a month and place them on the edge of the plate. Cut the Tulum cheese into pieces and sprinkle on the arugula. After adding the walnuts, mix the salad gently. Prepare a sauce with extra virgin olive oil, pomegranate syrup, balsamic vinegar and salt, sweeten the salad, and serve it. Wash the tomatoes without peeling them and cut them for half a month. Cut the walnuts large and saute them in olive oil in a non-stick pan. Sprinkle tulum cheese on the arugula you shredded. Add olive oil, pomegranate syrup, balsamic vinegar, salt and walnuts.
