Am I still breathing?
Sometimes the best thing you can do is breathe. When faced with challenges, stress levels rise, breathing becomes shallow, and the body’s natural rhythm is disrupted. At such moments, you have to stop and ask yourself, ‘Am I still breathing? If you get it, you have to fight. If you feel very bad, take a break from everything for 10 minutes, move to a quiet place and take deep breaths. Diaphragmatic breathing lowers stress levels and helps relax the automatic nervous system. One of the keys to staying positive is being relaxed, and being able to breathe properly is the best way to start.
